Returns Policy
We put a lot of love into our homemade sauces and try our very best to ensure that our products reach you in an acceptable condition, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know by sending an email to hello@lotsagoodness.com. We will try our very best to make it right.
Please note, this Return Policy only applies to products purchased direct from our website www.lotsagoodness.com. If you purchased our product from elsewhere, you will need to contact the related supplier to discuss their specific return policy.
All return and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. If your purchase exceeds 30 days we will not be able to offer any refunds or exchanges. Evidence of date of purchase will be required.
Refund or Exchange
When requesting a refund, we may require you to return any unused, unopened product.
All claims must be submitted within a reasonable time with courier guidelines not exceeding 14 days after delivery.
The product(s) must be shipped to our office in the original packaging it was shipped in.
Should we request that you return any product or arrange an exchange for a product then you should post this via a tracked delivery to Lotsa Goodness, Abergavenny NP7 9HR.
The sender must include full contact details including full name, address and telephone number on returned products.
If your purchase is approved for refund, your refund will be processed through the original method of payment that you used. The time in which this takes may vary depending on your bank. Your refund may also be prorated based on the number of actual units returned.
Please note that you are responsible for purchase postage to return your items, and these are non-refundable.
We do not exchange any products that have come into contact with/ or have been used by a person.
We cannot accept responsibility for orders made incorrectly by the purchaser.
We cannot accept responsibility for failure of delivery due to incorrect information or addresses being provided by purchaser.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged items
In the unlikely event of damage or loss in transit, we will happily replace the items free of charge based on the following conditions:
- We are informed immediately (within 3 days of delivery). This must be confirmed in writing via email quoting the reference number of the parcel.
- items we may require photographic evidence of any damaged item claims, therefore we encourage you to take photos of any damaged items.
- Damaged items will need to be retained for inspection. We may require you to return the product(s) to Lotsa Goodness at our expense, prior to refund or replacement.
