Ingredients
  

  • 250g meat free mince/ lean mince
  • 1 tin baked beans
  • 1 jar Lotsa Goodness 8 veggie mexican sauce

Instructions
 

  • Cook you mince until browned
  • Add your jar of Lotsa Goodness 8 veggie mexican sauce
  • Add the tin of baked beans.
  • Stir through until piping hot.
  • Serve with rice and enjoy

Notes

The jar of Lotsa Goodness 8 veggie mexican sauce already super boosts this meal by adding haricot beans, oven roasted vine ripened tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, carrot, courgette, onion and garlic. If you get time why not add some extras such as kidney beans or diced peppers. 
 
Serve with a grated cheese, a dollop of sour cream and some fresh coriander.
